*ABC Connext: Strengthening Partnerships for Sustainable and Global Impact* On April 28, 2026, the School of Accountancy and Finance, Walailak University, organized the *ABC Connext Project* under the theme “Rooted Locally, Excelling Globally.” The initiative brought together academic institutions, industry partners, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration in education, research, and professional development. The event reflects Walailak University’s strategic commitment to advancing sustainability, innovation, and international collaboration, particularly in response to emerging global challenges in economic transformation and environmental responsibility. By creating a platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange, ABC Connext contributes to strengthening networks that support long-term, sustainable growth. A key highlight of the program was a special lecture on “Sustainability Management Practices in the Private Sector” delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kritsada Sektarakul in collaboration with Circo Hub Thailand 
. The session integrated academic perspectives with practical insights from Circo Hub Thailand on circular economy implementation. Participants were introduced to applied approaches such as value chain analysis, resource efficiency, waste reduction strategies, and circular business model design. The discussion 
emphasized how private sector organizations can incorporate sustainability into core operations while aligning with ESG principles and maintaining long-term competitiveness. This initiative is also aligned with Walailak University’s role in the *Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Project: GREEN FINANCE – Advancing Higher Education for Sustainable Growth in Southeast Asia*. Through such activities, the university promotes awareness of sustainable finance, encourages stakeholder engagement, and supports the development of future-ready competencies in green finance and responsible investment.
